RETURN POLICY

Electa offers a 30-day return policy for all watches purchased on the website only. It can be returned for whatever reasons if the watch is never worn and is still in its original condition. However, the original packaging must remain complete and intact, including the documents, tags, and plastic covers. Any indication that the watch is used may be used to decline the return request.

Clients who wish to return their watches may choose to get a refund or exchange it for another watch of the same price.

The refunds can be processed through the same payment used or by receiving a voucher on the Electa account used for the purchase. This voucher can be used for future orders.

Please note that all fees incurred during the return process are charged to the customer. We advise contacting first our customer service before processing any return. You can reach us at contact@electawatches.com.

We will not honor any returns that are not referred to our customer service. Electa must not be held accountable for lost in transit returned products, especially if it is an unapproved return. The same condition applies even if it is an authorized return. You understand that we may deny your refund or exchange claims if we do not receive the products.
