ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not reached the fulfillment stage. It means that it has not been prepared and shipped and the order can be canceled.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact our customer service team (contact@electawatches.com) to check if the order has not been fulfilled yet. We can no longer cancel if the order has reached the fulfillment stage.

How long is the order processing time?

We begin to process your order within 2-3 business days after it has been submitted.

When will my order arrive?

Express delivery takes 3-6 business days, Fast Courier takes 5-11 business days, and Standard Shipping takes 3-4 weeks.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

Submit the fulfillment error form here within 7 days after you have received your timepiece. We will provide feedback within 14 days for the next step.

What happens if the item I received gets damaged during delivery?

Send us a photo and order # of the damaged product to contact@electawatches.com and we'll reach out to you within 30 days.

Do you offer exchanges?

You can exchange your timepiece once within 30 days after receiving given that the timepiece is in perfect condition. All fees (shipping/taxes/duties) will be shouldered by the customer.

Do you accept returns?

You can return your timepiece within 30 days after receiving the item given that the item and packaging are in 100% perfect condition. All fees (shipping/taxes/duties) will be shouldered by the customer. Return is free within 30 days after delivery.

What if I didn't receive my order?

Contact our customer service team (contact@electawatches.com) within 90 days to check the order status. We will check with the courier for the next step.

REFUND

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will take 15 business days after confirmation.

IMPORT DUTIES

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping applies on orders above 200USD (standard shipping of 3-4 weeks)

WARRANTY

Do you offer a warranty?

Your Electa watch is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. Please check that your watch comes with a warranty card for each purchase.
